How do I earn money with a referral partnership?

You’ll earn a commission once we close a deal with a company or organization you referred, and they complete payment. If you come across a potential client, simply submit their information through our Lead Submission Form, and we’ll handle the rest. If we successfully sign a contract, we’ll contact you to discuss your commission.

Note: We regularly run campaigns where you earn a set reward for each qualified lead you submit, regardless of the outcome.

How can I refer a potential client to FaceUp?

To make the referral process smoother, we recommend using our Lead Submission Form. However, if needed, you can also contact your Partner Manager, who will take care of forwarding the details.

How can I track the status of my referrals?

You can easily track the status of your referrals in the PRM Introw by navigating to the "Shared Leads" section. Simply search for the contact you’d like to check, and the status will be displayed in the "Lead Status" column.

Once a lead is accepted and our sales team begins working on it, you can follow its progress in the "Deal Pipeline" tab of Introw.

Not using Introw? Just ask your Partner Manager for an update on your leads or for access to the platform.

What information do I need to provide when referring a client to FaceUp?

We need the following details from you: your name, company name, and email address.

For the prospect, we’ll need their name, position, email address, and phone number. Additionally, please provide the company’s location, website, number of employees, and industry. Any extra information on why you think they’re a good fit for FaceUp is highly appreciated.
