OSACO Group is an international, multilingual team of highly experienced investigative consultants and specialists in compliance, governance, safeguarding and anti-corruption. They work globally and with all organizational sectors to help their clients proactively and effectively manage, mitigate, and minimize their human risk factors.

The OSACO management team has in excess of 30 years’ experience conducting and managing investigations, both criminal and administrative; conducting organisational and program reviews; and carrying out gap analyses; and training investigators worldwide to conduct effective and ethical workplace investigations.

In addition to their service as senior police officers in their home jurisdictions and as investigators with various international criminal tribunals, they have, for more than a decade, worked with and for bodies within a variety of UN and INGO organisations providing training and investigation services.

As specialists in safeguarding and preventing sexual exploitation, assault and harassment (PSEAH), OSACO’s services are survivor-centric and delivered with a trauma-informed lens. Their investigations training programmes can be delivered in-person or via online platforms, and curated to meet sector or environmental needs.

OSACO has recently combined their training and investigations knowledge with current academic research and cutting-edge technology to create EchoMind, an avatar-based investigative interview training that enables repeatable, scalable and progressive training to help embed and advance investigation and interviewing skills.
