MetaConsulting is a consulting firm focused on organizational strategy, leadership, and the design of internal systems that strengthen governance, communication, and decision-making within organizations.

As a partner of FaceUp in Chile, we facilitate the implementation of the platform as a secure digital infrastructure for internal communication and case management. The platform allows organizations to receive confidential reports, maintain structured documentation, and generate consolidated information that supports leadership decision-making.

Beyond the technological implementation, we support organizations in integrating these systems into their operational and cultural context. This includes defining governance flows, assigning responsibilities, establishing escalation protocols, and supporting leadership teams in managing sensitive information while strengthening a Speak-Up culture within the organization.

In addition, we develop projects in Executive Search, Talent Strategy, Leadership Development, and Organizational Structure Adjustments, particularly in contexts of growth, regulatory change, or cultural transformation.
