Finland's whistleblowing law known as the ‘Whistleblower-laki’ requires private sector entities employing at least 250 people and public sector entities with at least 50 employees to set up an internal reporting channel by 1 April 2023.
From 17 December 2023, this requirement will apply to all organizations with 50 or more employees.
