: Employees usually send suggestions for improvements or use the FaceUp whistleblowing system to notify you of issues that affect them or their colleagues. This can include workplace bullying (mobbing, bossing, staffing, sexual harassment, etc.), discrimination, an unpleasant work atmosphere, non-compliance with occupational health and safety regulations or guidelines, theft, fraud, property or reputational damage, damage to colleagues' property, mental health issues (depression, anxiety, burnout, etc.), or even physical violence.
: FaceUp is completely anonymous for the report senders. If the author does not state their name, no one can find out who submitted the case or from which device it came. Everything is fully protected.
: Imagine an employee, already nervous, needs to confide in you about something. Subjecting them to the process of creating an anonymous email (because they won’t contact you from a personal email address) may result in the employee instead keeping the problems to themselves.

Furthermore, sorting out anonymous emails and suggestions is time-consuming. The FaceUp whistleblowing system offers an easy-to-use system so that you can find everything right away, and employees feel safe reporting issues or concerns.
: It’s simple. An employee can call a special telephone number, known as a "hotline," or they can write out or record a message on their phone or PC submit it through the online form They can submit the case anonymously and can discuss their case further with the individual designated admin (known as an ‘assignee’), all within the FaceUp whistleblowing platform.
: If an employee is worried about something, the FaceUp whistleblowing system offers many ways to report it. They can also call the “hotline” from a physical phone if they don't have internet access.
Alternatively, they can submit their case via the online form, either in written or voice message form. Finally, they can also use the FaceUp app.
: The data safety of your employees and company is our top priority. We don't process user data in compliance with GDPR, which sets the world's highest standard for privacy and personal data protection.

Neither FaceUp nor any third parties have access to your data which is safely encrypted and stored on AWS. All communication is encrypted with E2EE technology. FaceUp doesn’t keep the IP addresses of its users, making the platform 100% anonymous.
